In this video, I try yet another pumpkin pie recipe because I love pumpkin pie any time of the year, not just during Thanksgiving. This time I use the Baker's Corner pumpkin pie filling from Aldi and make whole wheat crust with some Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour. The pie itself turned out more than adequate and compared well with the very popular Libby's pumpkin pie filling. Additionally, the Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour turned out way better than the Kroger brand whole wheat flour. Looks like I'll be using the Kroger flour for other baked goods!
