Hi guys, hope you are doing well. This video includes how I seasoned the minced meat for my sausage rolls and two different wrapping methods of sausage roll making. For this recipe, I used my home made puff pastry, but feel free to use store-bought puff pastry to make it :) However, there is a huge difference between homemade puff pastry and store-bought ones in texture and taste. I have made a video which is dedicated to puff pastry making on my channel if you want to watch or maybe learn how to make it. Once you learn how, making puff pastry is not that hard. Ingredients for sausage meat: 12 pieces of sausages of your choice from supermarket. (I used Cumberland sausages) 2 medium size onion OR 1 big size one (dice & stir fry until soften with oil of your choice) 1 leek Mixed dry herbs of your choice and amount, you can use fresh herbs if you have on hand (I used alot in my recipe because I love to season the sausage meat with heavy herbs.
