Thank you for watching my videos & subscribing xxx Feel free to check out my channels for more videos at @Justanotherfoodiesjournal Ingredients: Puff Pastry dough (Detrempe): 500g all purpose flour (Or if you can get T55 flour, please use that) 75g melted butter 250g water 10g salt Method for above ingredients, roughly mix everything together, no need to knead it to smooth at all, we do not want to form too much gluten structure Rolling butter (Tourage): 300g butter For the puff pastry making methods, please check out my other video as follow: • Puff Pastry Making Method |a sneak peek of... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Twists' filling ingredients: 1 leek 6 jalapenos Thyme as much as you like 100g mozzarella cheese (you can add more if you love to have more cheeeese) 1 egg for the egg wash (use the left over to make yourself an omelette, the chef's treat^^) Assembly Method: 1. Cut leek, jalapenos and thymes into small pieces and shred the cheese if needed. I used the already shredded type 2. Roll the puff pastry out to 4mm thick retangular shape 3. Egg wash the dough & spread the vegetables and cheese on top half of the dough sheet, and leave some space in between like my video shows. 4. Fold the bottom half of the sheet to the top and seal the dough on the top end. Also press down between the spaces you left to secure the fillings 5. Cut the dough into strips, twist them up and lay onto baking tray 6.
