Both recipes are easy, family-friendly, and perfect if you’re eating low carb, keto-style, or simply trying to lose weight without giving up foods you love. 📌 Recipe #1 Ingredients: Batter 4 eggs ½ cup mascarpone (100 g) pinch of salt green onions, finely chopped fresh dill, finely chopped Filling ½ cup cottage cheese or farmer’s cheese (100 g) 1 cup shredded mozzarella (100 g) remaining herbs 🥑 Macros per one flatbread: 218 kcal · 13.4 g protein · 17.0 g fat · 1.2 g net carbs 👨🍳 Method: Whisk eggs with mascarpone and salt until smooth. Mix in half of the herbs. Prepare the cheese filling separately. Cook thin flatbreads on a hot skillet, add filling to one half, fold, and cook until set.
