Baked Nian Gao Recipe INGREDIENTS: 4 Eggs 4 oz of Butter 2 cups of Homo Milk 2 cups of Golden Yellow Sugar 454 grams of Glutinous Rice Flour 1 can or 400ml Coconut Milk 2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 2. Weigh the glutinous rice flour then we are going to sift the glutinous rice flour with the baking powder. 3. In a separate bowl we are going to mix the eggs, butter, milk, coconut milk and sugar together. 4.Pour your wet ingredients into the flour and mix well. Mix it until it is smooth. 5. Grease the baking pan with oil 6. Pour the batter mixture into a baking pan of your choice and bake for 1 hour. 7. Remove from oven and let it cool down before cutting into the baked glutinous rice cake. 8. Serve and enjoy this delicious baked Nian Gao Thank you watching!
