I have bad news: at some point during your weight lifting career, you are going to get injured. It's inevitable. How you deal with it makes all the difference. You can and should training through most injuries; but you'll have to modify your training. Injury can make you better, if you are smart about things. Monitor all injuries-while some are acute in nature and happen all at once, this isn't usually the case. THere are almost always warning signs that you can and should listen to.
