The plank and row does the following: -Strengthens your wrist and grip strength -Strengthens the lats, posterior deltoid, rhomboids and infraspinatus muscles (English: important back muscles) -Postural correction exercise via strengthening the muscles that typically get overstretched and weakened via sitting all day. -Promotes ankle mobility via dorsi flexion (when your toe comes closer to your shin.
