This creamy pasta is made with golden sautéed onions, perfectly cooked champignon mushrooms, bone broth, and rich cream that gives the dish a smooth and balanced taste. It’s a quick and easy dinner recipe ready in just 10 minutes. 🥘 Ingredients: 300g champignon mushrooms 2 onions 170g penne pasta 200g cream 150ml beef bone broth 80ml vegetable oil 50g parmesan (optional) 👨🍳 Cooking Process: First, the onions are finely chopped. The mushrooms are sliced lengthwise about 3 mm thick. The pan is heated, oil is added, and the onions are sautéed until golden brown. Meanwhile, the penne is boiled separately for 8 minutes until perfectly cooked. Once the onions turn golden, mushrooms are added and the heat is increased. The mushrooms are cooked until they release and fully evaporate their juices. This step prevents the pasta from turning dark and keeps the flavor clean. After the mushrooms are nicely browned, the boiled penne is added to the pan and cooked together for 5 minutes so the flavors combine perfectly. Then cream is added and simmered on low heat for 5 minutes to prevent curdling and to create a smooth, rich sauce. Parmesan can be added at the final stage for extra flavor.
