Slice the green onions into small rings. Clean the chicken fillet, cut it in half, and slice into thin julienne strips. Cook the potatoes and chicken separately in a pan until golden and fully cooked. In a large bowl, combine pickles, chicken, fries, green onions, grated garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, and salt.
