In this class, we incorporate light cardio elements and rhythmic movement to boost circulation and energy without overstraining the body. Whether you are at a desk or looking for a low-impact home workout, this flow is perfect for seniors and all levels. What to expect in this practice: ✅ Gentle Sun Salutations: Rhythmic seated movements synchronized with music. ✅ Sit-to-Stands: Functional strength to support mobility and heart health. ✅ Extended Final Rest: A long relaxation to integrate your practice. You will need just a sturdy chair (preferably without arms), a yoga block or a firm pillow, and yourself! When your're ready, let's begin!
