Method Boil beef in 2 cups water with grounded ginger garlic paste, green chilies and coriander grinded, salt and pepper, also ad in soya sauce, chili sauce, cook till meat tender and dry, shred beef, mix with boiled potatoes and all the rest, shape into crockets, roll in crumbs then egg and then finally in crushed sawaiyan, deep fry. Serve with mint cream. Coconut kheer: Ingredients Milk 1 liter crushed rice ½ cup Coconut milk 1 tin Condensed milk 1 tin Vanilla custard powder 1 tbsp Vanilla essence ½ tsp Coconut essence ½ tsp Almonds and pistachio ¼ cup Desiccated coconut ½ cup Method Soak rice in milk, cook till tender, add condensed milk and coconut milk, mix well and cook for another 10 mins, if required blend it, add dissolved custard powder, both the essence, cook for another 5 mins, garnish with nuts, coconut, serve cold. Sticky mutton chops: Ingredients Mutton chops 1 kg Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp Chili sauce 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Green chilies 8 Water 2 ½ cups Ingredients for coating Flour 1 ½ cup Crushed red pepper 1 tsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Eggs 2 Ingredients for sticky sauce Siracha sauce ¼ cup Ketchup 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp Brown sugar 1 tbsp Barbeque sauce 2tbsp Sesame seeds 2 tbsp Oil ¼ cup Chopped garlic 1 tbsp Method Boil chops with ginger garlic, soya sauce, chili sauce, green chili grinded, salt, pepper and water till water dries and chops tender, mix all the seasonings with flour, coat mutton chops in flour, dip in egg, again coat in flour and deep fry, Method for sauce Heat oil in a wok, add crushed garlic with all the sauces, toss in the fried chops, coat well, lastly add sesame seeds, remove and serve hot.
