Blake Barney navigated multiple early restarts and withstood challenges from a multi-time champion Andrew Krause to secure his first victory of the season in the 40-lap Modified event. This achievement marks the Howell resident’s seventh career win. Jake Nelke of Manahawkin was the first to challenge Barney, followed by Andrew Krause , who moved into second place and stalked the leader. After that, Krause pursued Barney as Truex and Hopkinson challenged for position. Truex briefly moved into second before falling to third. The race ended with Barney first, followed by Krause, Truex, Hopkinson, and Nelke. Billy Both of Rahway secured his first Sportsman feature win of the year by leading all 25 laps.
