The thoracic spine and ribcage are often overlooked parts of the body. As a result to this negligence, this area becomes rigid, painful and can even cause neck pain, lower back pain and/or difficulties with breathing. In this easy to follow along exercise video, Nichelle guides you through an effective routine to increase the mobility of the joints of your spine and ribs. Increase the flexibility of the surrounding muscles and ligaments, as well as strength development of commonly weak muscles around the core and shoulders. It is recommended that you complete this video 2-3 times per week. It is also recommended that you schedule an assessment with your local manual osteopath in order to correct any misalignments that may be contributing to your pain/dysfunction in the ribcage and upper back.
