I try to constantly challenge my body in new ways and thus it is important to mix the workouts up. Doing the same HIIT workout over and and over again can get boring after all. The beauty of HIIT workouts is that there literally hundreds of different bodyweight exercises that suits HIIT! In order to create your own HIIT workouts, I put together video with 50 bodyweight exercises thar are optimal for HIIT workouts! Simply choose some exercises you like (preferably some for upper body, lower body and a few for the abs) and combine them in a workout.
