Class Journey: 🙌Mindfulness & Centering: We begin with a few moments of quiet to center the mind and find the vital connection between the body, breath, and mind. 🌙Seated Moon Salutation: A flowing sequence to improve your range of motion and side-body flexibility. 💪Strengthening Series: Targeted seated exercises to build the power in your hips and "seat"—your primary defense against falls. 💫Dynamic Coordination: We challenge our brain-body connection with a fun Chair Dance to Cher’s "DJ Play a Christmas Song!" 🪑Supported Standing Work: Using the chair for safety, we move into standing postures to further strengthen the legs and enhance real-world balance.
