If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel @ https://bit.ly/3ac5djo or go to our website: https://www.masala.tv/ ------------------------------------------ Stromboli Ingredients for pizza dough Flour 250 grams Sugar 15 grams Dried milk 15 grams Bread softener 5 grams Yeast 5 grams Salt 4 grams Water 120 grams Butter 40 grams Egg 1 For Stromboli: Pizza dough 250 grams Pizza sauce 60 ml Peperoni slices 100 ml Mozzarella cheese (grated) 100 grams Italian seasoning ½ tsp Egg 1 Method: In a bowl add sugar ,milk ,yeast ,bread softener, egg water and all ingredients mix well and make dough .then roll out and do the square shape and spread on it pizza sauce .then place peperoni,mozrella cheese and seasoning then roll out the dough and do the cut mark and then brush with egg .now bake on 180 degree at 18 to 20 minutes . ------------------------------------------ Vanilla sugar free cup cakes Ingredients: Egg 3 Icomalt powder 170 grams Sugar 1 grams Vanilla essence few drop Milk 75 ml Oil 100 ml Flour 175 grams Baking powder 4 grams Salt 1 pinch Method: In a bowl add Icomalt powder, egg, sugar, oil, baking powder and milk add and mix Well and make sure have no lumps. then add salt and flour and mix well again. finally add vanilla essence and bake at 170 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
