Hi guys! Today I have a workout that's a little bit different - we have LIVE verbal cues! this means I have to think a little bit more so sorry if you hear any mistakes like messing up lefts and rights! today is a full body class with no equipment and this is how we'll be moving: we start with some pilates abs where we working on toning up the abdominals, we have exercises that work lower abs, uppers and deep core muscles. we then move into some bridges to strengthen the legs and sculpt the glutes with a focus on outer glutes with our abductions. we have a side lying series where we work on rounding the outer hips and slimming the waist with some oblique work, and we have a prone series where we work on upper body strength and posture correction.
