Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids 00:00 Pizza Omelette 00:08 Prepare Garlic butter 00:20 Prepare Pizza omelette 02:06 Aray waah Serves 3-4 Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Garlic Butter: -Makhan (Butter) melted 3-4 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs -Dried oregano ¼ tsp Prepare Pizza Omelette: -Anday (Eggs) 3-4 -Olper’s Milk 2 tbs -Himalayan pink salt to taste -Kali micrh (Black pepper) crushed to taste -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 3 tbs -Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 3 tbs -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped ½ tbs -Bread slices as required -Pizza sauce 2 tbs or as required -Olper’s Cheddar cheese 4 tbs or as required -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese 4 tbs or as required -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) rings -Tamatar (Tomato) cubes -Pyaz (Onion) cubes -Black olives slices -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste -Dried oregano to taste Directions: Prepare Garlic Butter: -In a bowl,add butter,garlic,dried oregano,mix well & set aside. Prepare Pizza Omelette: -In a bowl,add eggs,milk,pink salt,black pepper crushed,fresh coriander & whisk well. -In an 8-inch frying pan,add butter & let it melt. -Add onion,tomato,green chilli & sauté for 1-2 minutes. -Add whisked eggs & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & stir gently with a rubber spatula. -Place bread slices on it when the eggs are mostly set from the bottom but remains liquid on top. -Press gently to set & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. -Apply prepared garlic butter on bread with the help of brush & flip the omelette carefully with the help of a flat plate. -Add & spread pizza sauce,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,capsicum,tomato,onion & black olives. -Sprinkle red chilli crushed & dried oregano,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (2-3 minutes). -Cut into slices & serve! Prepare Pizza Omelette: -Bowl mein anday,doodh,pink salt,kali mirch crushed aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Frying pan (8-inche) mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein. -Pyaz,tamatar aur hari mirch dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein. -Pheetay hoye anday dal dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur rubber spatula ki madad sa gently stir ker lein. -Bread slices ko anday ka upper rakh dein. -Gently press ker ka set ker lei naur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. -Tayyar garlic butter ko bread ka upper brush sa laga lein aur omelette ko carefully flip ker lein. -Pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,shimla mirch,tamatar,pyaz aur black olives dal dein. -Lal mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). -Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
