This practice is designed to facilitate your resting mode. Restorative in nature, the nine simple postures in this sequence will promote calm and relaxation making this a perfect practice to support restful sleep. Shift into ease and use props to help you get there! Props: bolster, block, blanket **If you don’t have a bolster, you can use a firm pillow, towel, or rolled up yoga mat wrapped in a blanket.
