土司麵包 Sandwich bread—2張 雞蛋 Egg—2顆 小黃瓜 Cucumber—1/2支 鹽巴 Salt—1撮 美乃滋 Mayonnaise—2大匙 煉乳 Condensed milk—1小匙 黑胡椒 Black pepper 蒜頭 Garlic—2粒 小番茄 Cherry tomatoes—100g 白酒 White wine—50cc 番茄醬 Ketchup—1大匙 義大利火腿 Prosciutto—2片 洋蔥 Onion—1/8個 酪梨 Avocado—1/2個 披薩起司 Pizza cheese—80g Preparation (1) 2 eggs, cook for 10 minutes (2) Cool them off in cold water (3) Chop 1/2 of cucumber into tiny dices (4) Add 1/4 tsp of salt and dehydrate it for 10 minutes (5) 2 cloves of garlic, pry the germ out (6) 100g of cherry tomatoes, cut in half (7) 1/8 of onion, cut into slices (8) 1/2 avocado, cut into slices Method Pizza sauce (1) 2 tsp of olive oil (2) Tilt the pan and put in garlic (3) Put on low heat (4) Cook garlic until golden brown (5) Place pan back to normal (6) Add cherry tomatoes (7) Salt & pepper (8) Fry until light golden brown (9) Add 50cc of white wine (10) 1 tbsp of ketchup and cook until tomatoes soften (11) Turn off the stove (12) Blend ingredients into purée (with a hand blender or a mixer) (13) Simmer until thickens (14) Turn off the stove Egg salad filling (1) Peel off the shell of eggs (2) Mash eggs with a masher (3) Place dehydrated cucumber in a cheese cloth and squeeze out excess water (4) Put cucumber in the mixing bowl (5) Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise (6) Add 1 tsp of condensed milk, (mellow the acidity of mayonnaise and richer the taste (7) Salt & pepper Build a sandwich (1) Prepare 2 slices of sandwich bread (2) Coat with butter (3) Put on egg salad as filling (4) Cut into half (5) Place a sheet of parchment paper, and put the sandwich bread on top (6) Put on pizza sauce, onion, avocado, prosciutto, 80g of mozzarella cheese as toppings (7) Broil until golden brown on the surface
