Hi guys!! Today I have made a delicious french bread loaf using my Cuisinart Bread Maker! Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker* Model: CBK-110P1 Some tips I have for you are: 1. Always sift your flour before adding it into your mixture. This will make sure there are no flour lumps. 2. Using flour specifically for bread making makes a HUGE difference since it has more protein then regular all purpose flour, making your bread rise beautifully and be more fluffy and soft on the inside. 3. In spanish you might know bread flour as Harina de Fuerza or Harina dura. 4. Baking bread is quite a tricky deal. The weather, temperature, humidity and even the hour can all affect the outcome of your bread. I find that making bread either very early in the morning or late in the evening gives me the best kind of bread since the temperature is cooler and humidity is low. Ingredients for a 2 pound loaf: 1 1/2 cups of water. 1 1/2 tsp of salt. 4 cups of bread flour. 2 tsp of yeast. REMEMBER, every recipe can be modified, there is no one way of doing things AND cooking should always be enjoyable and CREATIVE! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did making it for you!
