Hi guys! Today I have made a delicious Brioche loaf using my Cuisinart Bread Maker! Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker* Model: CBK-110P1 Some tips I have for you are: 1. When using the bread maker it's always best to prepare your ingredients before hand to save loads of time. Actually this tip can be used with any recipe. 2. This recipe calls for 2 3/2 cups + 1 tbsp of all purpose flour BUT I have found that when I use "bread flour" my breads tend to rise and bake bigger and fluffier in part due to the higher protein content that bread flour has vs all purpose flour. Ingredients for a 1 1/2 pound loaf: 1/3 cup of room temp whole milk. 6 tbsp of room temp unsalted butter. 3 large eggs at room temp. 1 tsp of salt. 1 1/2 tbsp of sugar. 1 1/2 tbsp of nonfat powdered milk. 2 3/4 cups + 1 tbsp of flour. 2 1/4 tsp of yeast. REMEMBER, every recipe can be modified, there is no one way of doing things AND cooking should always be enjoyable and CREATIVE! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did making it for you!
