The way you move changes who you become. Your posture, breath, and tension patterns are not random. They are shaping your identity every single day. In this video, I explore how the body influences who you believe you are, the standards you hold, and the risks you’re willing to take. Drawing on neuroscience and identity theory, we look at how emotions are rooted in bodily states that the brain maps and encodes over time. I share a personal story about rebuilding confidence after dental surgery and a temporary lisp, and how I used small, regulated risks to retrain my nervous system.
