I noticed a major difference in the appearance of my abs when I started adding weights to my workouts. The extra resistance pushed my core muscles to not only strengthen, but GROW. This workout can be done with 1 or 2 lightweight dumbbells. If you don’t have any weights, you could try it with a heavy water bottle or something around 3-5lbs. You don’t need much weight to make a big difference! This is a no repeats workout and will get your abs working. These exercises will hit your upper, lower, deep core and obliques. Go at your own pace and do the moves slowly and well controlled. Form is more important than how many reps you do.
