Add flour and salt and mix until the dough comes together. Add melted butter and knead until soft and smooth. Cover and let rest for about 40 minutes. Transfer to your work surface, gently roll out with a rolling pin, then roll tightly into a loaf. Grease your loaf pan with butter and place the dough inside. Let rise until doubled in size. Brush with milk and egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20–25 minutes.
