This fat-burning, fun walking workout will get you to over 2,300 steps in 18 minutes. This one goes quickly! You'll walk to the beat, and there are cues for the upcoming movements, so you'll never feel lost. Even though you're only stepping, this routine is still intense enough to make you break a sweat! I've included a step counter, so you can relax and focus on moving to the beat. I've also added lots of arm movement as well to maximize calorie-burn.
