SUDANESE BEEF DAMA | BEEF STEW Beef dama is a Sudanese/South Sudanese is a beef stew. It is a dish that is made in many Sudanese house holds. This recipe is made with a blend of spices (mainly black pepper, coriander and cumin) which are found in most Sudanese cooking. Add garlic and you've got the authentic Sudanese dish. I have made this my own way and added curry powder which is not found in general Sudanese cooking.
