EQUIPMENT: STEP or BENCH will make the workout more challenging. For less challenge, eliminate the Step. LOW-IMPACT 6-BLOCK FORMAT: Workout consists of 6 BLOCKS. Each Block is Comprised 2 Different Exercises executed back-to-back with no rest. 30-Second Recovery between each Set. Challenging, but you can easily modify most of the moves.
