This Pilates workout works our entire lower body - legs, bum, and abs. In this session we are lying down a lot which is always a nice way to workout! We use dumbbells and a resistance band to ensure we get our muscles working hard enough to create change in just over 30 minutes. As always, if you do not have dumbbells or a resistance band, you can just use your bodyweight. I used two 10lbs dumbbells and a resistance band that is pretty tough.
