These Green Sauce Chicken Wings are crispy, juicy, and coated in a sweet, tangy, buttery sauce that’s absolutely irresistible! Perfect for game nights, parties, or when you’re craving something flavorful and easy to make. Green Sauce Chicken Wings Ingredients Chicken • 500 g chicken wings • 1½ tbsp green sauce • Salt Coating • ½ cup flour • Salt, to taste • Black pepper, to taste Sauce • 1 tbsp green sauce • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp butter • Salt, to taste Other • Oil, for deep frying • Parsley, chopped (optional garnish) Instructions 1. Marinate the wings In a bowl, add 1½ tbsp green sauce, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly. Cover with cling wrap and marinate for at least 1 hour (longer if you have time). 2. Prepare the sauce Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 tbsp green sauce and stir, then add honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Lower the heat and let it simmer gently for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover, and set aside. 3. Coat the wings In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper. Coat each marinated wing evenly and place on a plate. 4. Fry Heat oil in a deep pot over medium heat. Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on kitchen paper towels. 5. Toss & serve Gently reheat the sauce, add the fried wings, and toss until well coated. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
