Each block alternates between 2 movements for 4 rounds (8 sets total). The Timing: 20 Seconds Work / 10 Seconds Rest The Transition: 30 Seconds Rest between each Tabata block The Goal: AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) with decent form!
