In these pivotal roles, he spearheaded strategic planning, sales management and business planning efforts, overseeing regional sales teams, market segments, projects, key accounts and channel management. As a valued member of Kennametal India's Senior Leadership Council, Maheshwasri played a crucial role in shaping major strategic business decisions and organisational initiatives. Maheshwari served as a Sales Executive at Mysore Kirloskar Limited, overseeing the sales of machine tools. His career journey commenced as a Tool Room Engineer at NBC Bearings Jaipur, where he honed his skills in supporting bearing manufacturing lines.
