WARNING!! This workout will have you curled over in a ball for weeks. In this episode of Diezel FitnessTV, you will be put through an ab workout like you have never seen before! Working the full range of your abdominal muscles, I like to call this workout "Ab Workout From Hell" because of how your abs feel as if they are on fire when you are finished. The abdominal muscles, as I have mentioned before, are a very important muscle group in Calisthenics if you are trying to move from those beginner levels, up to the more advanced levels. Below I have written a list of the workouts that are done throughout this workout. Good Luck! 1. Crucifixes- Isn't it ironic! The crucifix is a move that will really get those abdominal muscles going. Using your full range of motion, this move will deliver the pain that can be complimentary to the name. 2. Boat Hold- Holding this move directly after the crucifix will without a doubt be tough, but man does it really strengthen those abs. 3. Star Crunches- Using a twisting motion, alternate each side of your body by touching your left hand to right toe and visa versa. 4. Bicycles- Again a abdominal workout that allows you to twist. This time you will be touching your left elbow to right knee and visa versa. 5. Lift & Curl: One you have completed to leg lift portion of the move, you go directly into the curl where you thrust your feet up toward the sky. 6. Spread & Lift. combining the leg lift with the leg spread, this workout will really catch your lower abs on fire! 7. Core Twist- With you head and feet elevated, move your hands across your body side to side while simultaneously rotating your torso. 8. Toe Touches- An upper ab killer! This exercise is sure to shred your stomach. 9. Leg Flutters- Another one for the shred. This one will get all sections of your abdominal in motion for a crazy workout!
