Beginner yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. This 4-session Beginner Yoga series offers two different class style options because not all beginners are the same. Track 1 = Easing Into Movement (Less Active) & Track 2 = Active Bodies (New to Yoga). Both tracks follow the same themes—Foundations, Mobility, Balance, and Strength—with different starting points so you can build confidence safely. Classes are meant to be repeated throughout the week. Level 1-2 (Experienced beginner): Not a complete beginner but have less than 3 months of consistent yoga practice and / or general fitness. Beginning to recognize some of the most basic yoga terms is helpful but not required. Level 2 (Experienced beginner / Intermediate): Recommended to have at least 3 months of yoga practice (2-3 times a week) and / or general fitness. General knowledge of yoga terms is helpful but not required. Level 2-3 (Experienced Intermediate / Advanced): Recommended to have at least 1 year of a strong yoga practice (3 times a week) AND an intermediate fitness level.
