Beginner yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. This 4-session Beginner Yoga series offers two different class style options because not all beginners are the same. Track 1 = Easing Into Movement (Less Active) & Track 2 = Active Bodies (New to Yoga). Both tracks follow the same themes—Foundations, Mobility, Balance, and Strength—with different starting points so you can build confidence safely. Classes are meant to be repeated throughout the week. See link below. ✨TRACK 1 "Mobility" - Class 2 of 4 (THIS VIDEO): Throughout this Track 1 Beginner Yoga Mobility class, you’ll have the option to use a chair or practice on the mat, especially during seated poses and transitions. You’re encouraged to choose the setup that feels most comfortable for your body. We move slowly, repeat poses, and focus on feeling comfortable getting up and down from the floor. You will build confidence without feeling rushed or overwhelmed through breath awareness, simple transitions, and supported postures. You’ll practice: – Gentle warm-up movements – Simple standing poses – Chair and mat options for seated postures – Supported stretches and a calming rest This class is ideal if yoga feels intimidating, you feel stiff, or you’re ready to start moving again in a sustainable way. Level 1-2 (Experienced beginner): Not a complete beginner but have less than 3 months of consistent yoga practice and / or general fitness. Beginning to recognize some of the most basic yoga terms is helpful but not required. Level 2 (Experienced beginner / Intermediate): Recommended to have at least 3 months of yoga practice (2-3 times a week) and / or general fitness. General knowledge of yoga terms is helpful but not required. Level 2-3 (Experienced Intermediate / Advanced): Recommended to have at least 1 year of a strong yoga practice (3 times a week) AND an intermediate fitness level.
