Good morning Noble ones! This week you will be joining me for this short 10 minutes (or there about) yoga practice in beautiful rural France. This is a shorter version of the video posted last week to support those who are shorter on time and without the arm balance. Getting in some movement first thing is an incredible gift to yourself. Starting your day with movement can boost your mood tremendously and make you feel more equipped for whatever life may throw at you throughout your day. I hope you enjoy this short practice and please let me know if there are other flows that you would like me to do! I love sharing my practice with you and hope you thank yourself for taking the time to move your body and feel present.
