Perform each move for 60 seconds of work with 12 seconds of rest between moves: 1. Grappler's Twists 2. Offset Reverse Lunge to Balance- Left Leg 3. Offset Reverse Lunge to Balance- Right Leg 4. Presses Complex: Jacks, Hot Potato, Thrusters (20 seconds each) 5. 1-Arm Contralateral Hip-Hinge to Row- Left Leg, Right Arm 6. 1-Arm Contralateral Hip-Hinge to Row- Right Leg, Left Arm 7. Jumps Complex: Lateral, Split, Sumo (20 seconds each) 8. 1-Arm Rotational Clean and Press- Left to Right Arm 9. 1-Arm Rotational Clean and Press- Right to Left Arm 10.
