This is a 10 minute Rebounder workout that is an interval and HIIT-style routine, great for cardio! Rebounder workouts are great for lymphatic drainage and lymphedema, but also great for cardio. When using the rebounder you are bound to get a great workout in a short amount of time (even 10 minutes). This Video is meant to follow along with, and timed for you, with 30 seconds of Work and 20 seconds of active rest.
