This is a traditional old-style Andhra Egg Attu recipe prepared in a cast iron pan (మూకుడు), just like our grandparents used to cook. This recipe is very simple, aromatic, and full of authentic village flavors. First, oil is heated in a cast iron pan and cumin seeds and shahi jeera are added for a rich aroma. Then fresh ginger-garlic paste is sautéed well until the raw smell disappears.
