This video covers key demonstrations, coaching cues, and points of performance to help your CrossFit athletes improve their movement mechanics and progress more quickly to the Rx’d version. Key Tips for Executing the Jumping Pull-Up Correctly: Set the pull-up bar height between the elbow and the wrist for proper setup. Avoid controlling the eccentric portion of the pull-up.
