How to Grow Your Butt with Dumbbells | Part 1 | Steph Lyons Fitness TIME: 7 Minutes - note that you will watch 3 times for a 21 Minute booty workout EQUIPMENT: Bench/Elevated Platform; Dumbbells DIFFICULTY: You can make this workout as easy or challenging as you want. The intensity of the workout is up to you based on how heavy you go. I encourage each time you watch the workout to go a little bit heavier with your weights. Of course, if you do not have weights you can always do this as bodyweight. If you are looking to grow your booty, well look no more! This workout is sure to leave your booty feeling right and tight! Here is how you will perform the workout. This workout is 7 minutes with 5 booty growing exercises. 2 things: 1. You are going to watch this workout video 3 times for your complete lower body workout - for approximately 21 minutes of work. 2.
