How to Grow Your Butt with Dumbbells | Part 3 TIME: 7 Minutes - note that you will watch 3 times for a 21 Minute booty workout EQUIPMENT: Bench/Elevated Platform; Dumbbells DIFFICULTY: You can make this workout as easy or challenging as you want. The intensity of the workout is up to you based on how heavy you go. I encourage each time you watch the workout to go a little bit heavier with your weights. Of course, if you do not have weights you can always do this as bodyweight. Part 3 of the Booty Growing Series! If you are keeping up this month you have already seen Part 1 and 2 of the How to Grow Your Butt workouts. And here is part 3! The structure of the workout is the same as the first 2 videos - this workout is 7 minutes with 5 booty growing exercises. 2 things: 1.
