Join me for this 25-minute full-body Pilates workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and reconnect you with your body from head to toe. We begin standing, gently warming up and learning how to correctly activate the powerhouse (core muscles). Standing exercises focus on strength, balance, body awareness, and deep core engagement, helping you move with control and intention. From there, we transition through kneeling work, followed by prone (lying on the belly) exercises to strengthen the back body. You’ll then move onto your side-lying position for classic Pilates movements like bicycle and heel beats, with a beautiful Mermaid stretch in between to create space and mobility. Next, we come onto the back to strengthen the abdominals, improve control, and build stability.
