Let me know in the comments—would you try donuts in bread pudding? 👍 Like, subscribe, and check out more recipes from Dinner at the Big House! #breadpudding #baking #dinneratthebighouse #dessert #dessertrecipe #dessertideas Recipe: 2 Large Croissants cubed 4 Hawaiian King Rolls cubed 1/2 loaf of French or Italian bread cubed 2-4 Glazed Donuts cubed 5 eggs 2 cups half and half 1 cup granulated sugar 2 TBS vanila 1/2 cup of butter brown sugar to taste cinnamon to taste 1. Mix eggs half and half, sugar, and vanilla in bowl. 2. Cube all of the bread into 1"x1" cubes 3. Place bread cubes into 9"x13" baking dish and pour your wet ingredients over the bread. For denser pudding, soak your bread in wet mixture before adding to baking dish. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the top starts to brown. 5. Remove from oven and add brown sugar, cinnamion, and butter in that order, to top of bread. 6. Bake for another 5-8 minutes until sugar/butter mixture has caramelized. 7. Cool and serve with Vanilla ice cream. We only use Blue Bell:)
