This lower body focused Yin Yoga class is designed to help release tight legs, improve flexibility, and calm your nervous system. Remember — in Yin Yoga, a little goes a long way. We’re not here to overstretch. We’re here to create sustainable mobility and deep release. Stretch as much or as little as your body needs. We begin with gentle cat-cows, shoulder stretches, and hip openers to prepare the body before slowing things down. In our final relaxation, we’ll use two tennis balls under the shoulders and neck for a soothing myofascial release and elevate the hips with a yoga block to gently decompress the lower spine.
