Videos seran bajados todos los Jueves .. ****************************************************************** Ingredients 4 cups of PAN, white corn flour 2 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese 5 cups of warm water 1 tablespoon of Sugar 2 tablespoon of Salt 1 teaspoon of Butter 1- In a casserole add all dry ingredients together. Corn flour, Salt , sugar. 2- Add the oil and add the water slowly. 3- Mix flour with your hands until you can acquire a soft consistency. 4- Make balls out of the dough. 5- Add shredded cheese to all the dough in the bowl or one at a time. 6- have your skillet already buttered and hot with a temperature of 350 degrees. 7- start flattening the balls into round discs, but not too flat 8- Placed them on the skillet for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side. 9- Tap the Arepa with your hand to feel the fluffiness inside. 10- The Arepa is ready when you hear a shallow sound when tapping.
