Benjamina Ebuehi's Cheese & Onion Buns | At Home | Waitrose

We are with baker, recipe writer and author Benjamina Ebuehi as she makes delicious, savoury cheese and onion buns from her new book, A Good Day to Bake. These soft, pillowy buns are filled with sweet, mellow salad onions as well as cream cheese and marmite. The marmite isn’t at all overpowering and really helps with a subtle umami flavour. These buns can be enjoyed hot or cold and are perfect to pop into a picnic. As part of our At Home series, we’re welcoming some special guests to our channel from their home kitchens.
