Hi guys! Welcome to the first workout in our 5 minute workout series! We'll train full body today with 5 simple, low impact and effective kettlebell exercises: Squats - these will strengthen your legs, tighten the core and lift the glutes KB swings - these will get your heart rate up! They work on core strength and lower body strength, with a focus on the hamstrings and glutes Back row - these work on strengthening the back, building muscle particularly in the upper back to start getting rid of stubborn upper back fat RDL to high row - a full body combo that will sculpt the shoulders, strengthen your core, and work on lifting the glutes by strengthening the hamstrings Reverse lunges - these will strengthen your legs and tone your glutes whilst also working on balance and mobility I hope you enjoy this workout! If you haven't read my latest YT post, I am LOVING turning these workouts into circuit training strength and conditioning workouts! What I like to do is: 5 min warmup (on my channel) followed by 5 mins cardio (incline walk, run, jog, skipping, rowing, bike) then immediately jump into one of these 5 min workouts ALL x3! Then followed with a 5 min stretch routine (on my channel) This keeps my workouts fun and interesting, and oh my goodness I am so so sore!! So feel free to copy may workout combo, I highly recommend if youre looking for a routine that burns fat whilst still growing muscle and improving muscle tone. enjoy your workout!
