Artist: http://incompetech.com/ Ingredients: FOR MOUSSE: gelatin 1 tsp water 2 tbsp cream 1/2 cup condensed milk 3 tbsp white chocolate (melted) 1/3 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup METHOD: Mix gelatin with cold water and set aside. Start beating the cream in a separate bowl then add in condensed milk, melted white chocolate and desiccated coconut beating well after each addition. Gently warm the bloomed gelatin mixture on low heat until melted and add it into the mixture, beat well and place the mousse in the sphere molds. Let it freeze for 3-4 hours. Then using an ice cream scoop remove some of the mousse and fill it with the creme anglais. FOR CREME ANGLAIS: Milk 3/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp 1 egg yolk vanilla essence few drops (optional) METHOD: Add milk and sugar in a saucepan and heat it on low heat.Once it starts to heat up add in the egg yolk and whisk continuously till it starts to thicken.Cook on low heat until the mixture coats the back of a spoon as shown in the video. Let it cool in the fridge and its ready to use. Now put the two half spheres together and rub the edges to seal them. Place it back in the freezer. Melt dark chocolate about a cup, and using a clean brush paint it on the outer surface of the spheres.For the final touch, dust it with some cocoa powder and using a heated small round nozzle create three holes on top of the dessert, and there you go a simple yet amazing looking dessert is ready!!
