Marathon training continues and this week it’s all about the tempo run. I’ve been building mileage and intensity over the past few weeks, and in this vlog I take on one of the toughest tempo sessions yet. But something feels different… are tempos finally getting easier? In this episode, I break down the full session, share pacing and effort insights, and talk about how the training block is starting to come together. The grind is real, but the progress is starting to show. It’s been made even more difficult this week as sleep has been on the back burner due to the baby being unwell. Somehow I managed one of the best sessions yet though!
